We were visiting Vero Beach for the weekend and after looking at several restaurant menus the Scampi Grill was very appealing and different than many Italian restaurants. Our and drinks were amazing and the service fantastic. Brian was our waiter who was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with Mimmo. We will definitely be back.

Always a great meal, service, experience. I never rate a restaurant after one meal. Last night was my 10th visit and still not disappointed. Food is consistently good. After a great meal, you must try their lemon mascarpone cake / dessert.

We just happened to find this place while driving back up north. The host was great, found a table for us even when the place was full. My wife had the Cataloni and she loved it. I had the scallop and shrimp special and it was great. You can add crab meat for an upcharge but it's worth it. Make sure to get reservations for a booth

Just ate dinner last night and it was fantastic. The complimentary bread was well toasted and dressed in olive oil, garlic, and cheese. For my entree I had the shrimp scampi, which was a nice portion and very flavorful. The tiramisu was authentic and delicious. Service seemed a little slow at times, but it was extremely busy so I can’t fault them for possibly running behind at times. I would certainly come back here if I visit Vero Beach again in the future.

Our favorite Vero restaurant. The food is excellent, as is the service and ambience. We always walk out happier than we walked in, remarking that this or that was particularly excellent tonight, and looking forward to the next time we come. By the way, if you have never had Italian clam chowder, you’re in for a treat. The only problem is that it will ruin all other clam chowders for you; it’s that good.

Definitely coming back! Our friends from Sebastian brought us here and we were not disappointed. My wife had the escargot as appetizer, scallops and shrimp imperial, and I had the seafood mix special with the white wine lemon butter sauce (amazing!!!). We shared the Tiramisu, which was delicious. Ambiance is wonderful, noise level is low although it was crowded… service was great, beautiful inside and outside dining experience. Call ahead to make a reservation. Update: visited again on Feb. 13 to celebrate Valentine's Day. Everything was excellent. Got to sit in the patio area, and the experience was superb. Perfect for special occasions. We live one hour away and it's worth the drive. 2nd update: my wife and I went back last week to celebrate our anniversary. It continues to be excellent! I had the lasagna and my wife had the cod special. We repeated the tiramisu for desert. We had a wonderful time!

We have visited a number of times now and Scampi Grill is definitely my favorite Italian place in Vero Beach. Food and staff are consistently solid! We generally are getting one of their seafood pasta dishes or chicken piccata and we have not been disappointed yet. My wife is gluten-free and we are thankful that they are very aware and accommodating towards that.

Went for first time last night. We had heard good things about this restaurant and they were on point. First the lemoncillo martini is delicious and only $6 during happy hour… Juan our server was great. We had the eggplant bruschetta app to start ( even thought they are actually thinking of doing it differently) Juan asked the back of the house and they made it for us like it is in the current menu. And it was delicious. We wanted mussels app but they were out of mussels says there is a shortage. For dinner I had the chicken burrata over spinach it was so large and delicious. My man had the bell piccata over the risotto so good. We will definitely be back. We are inside nice decor clean and the restaurant smelled amazing. Can’t wait to go back and sit on the patio and try some of the other items.
